The Light Leaks is heading to ATL, están listos? We're hosting a Latinx Creatives meetup at Muchacho to chill out, conocer new people, and of course, eat! It'll be a lowkey meet up where everyone can talk about their work (+maybe meet a new collaborator), share ideas on representation in media, y ser un poquito chismosa. This event is free and totally open to the public. Bring amigas, make amigas.
Note: Even though this event is focused on Latinx Creatives we also welcome anyone who would like to listen in on actionable ways to make their media more inclusive!

The Light Leaks, LLC is a website for the support, empowerment, and education of women and GNC filmmakers. Founded in 2017 by filmmaker Kim Hoyos, it's expanded from its initial editorial roots to now include offline events for filmmakers, promotional partnerships for film festivals/female fronted film companies, and more.
